The Enterprise Reporting System (ERS) allows customers to view and print reports from the GATES and Online Data Collection system. The reports can be saved and printed as Excel, PDF or Text file document.
The Enterprise Report System offers several advantages to customers. These advantages include:
Use of a stable and robust technology;
Role-based controlled access to sensitive reports and data; and
Customer selection and generation of standard reports from a report library.
ERS staff can also create specific reports for customers. Information is emailed to customers in a variety of formats. Requests for reports can be made to the entreportrequests@acf.hhs.gov email account. Be as specific as possible about the information and the way it should be displayed. A staff member will contact a customer with any questions.
