RMM

The CoE has recently launched a new grant application review system, the Review Management Module (RMM), which is now part of the GrantSolutions suite of solutions for grant processing.

CoE partner agencies who currently use the GrantSolutions discretionary grants module will have the immediate benefit from a full range of functionality to support the objective review process for competitive grant applications. It allows for the use of a web service interface to provide the following capabilities directly from within the GrantSolutions discretionary module:

• Electronic transfer of core application information to RMM for automatic loading and setup in RMM for review processing
• Automatic retrieval of application review status and scoring information as review panels are conducted

In addition, users will be able to directly access RMM to perform the following activities:

• Setup of competitive funding opportunity review cycles
• Setup of review panels within each review cycle
• Management of potential and existing reviewers allowing for electronic submissions of requests to become a reviewer and the Electronic management of reviewer profiles
• Assignment of reviewers to review panels
• Establishment of review forms, criteria and scoring methodology and structure
• Electronic collection of review panel data including reviewer's scores and evaluation summaries, as well as overall the final review outcomes. All review data is available in printable form versions.
• Performance of score calculations, generating final application scores based on the established formula

The COE is also able to provide partner agencies with the opportunity to directly utilize the services provided by the RMM even if they do not use the GrantSolutions discretionary module.
