The Grants Center of Excellence (COE) provides a number of comprehensive grants management services ranging from the posting of award announcements and application tracking to data collection and grantee reporting. The COE services support the entire grants management business lifecycle, pre-award through post-award, for all types of grants. All of the 14 grant award processes identified under the Grants Management Line of Business (GMLoB) initiative are supported by the COE.
